3. Free Trial and Subscription
Free Trial
- New users receive a 7-day free trial
- No credit card required during trial period
- Trial accounts and all data are automatically deleted after 7 days
- You may cancel the trial at any time
Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial months
- Service continues until the end of the current billing period
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Data and Privacy

Agent Responsibility for Marketing Content
HomeListingAI is NOT responsible for any marketing content, communications, or business practices
conducted through our platform.
- Content Ownership: All marketing materials, emails, social media posts, and
communications created using our platform are solely your responsibility
- Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring all marketing activities comply
with local, state, and federal laws including but not limited to:
- Real estate licensing requirements
- Fair Housing Act compliance
- CAN-SPAM Act and email marketing regulations
- State-specific real estate advertising laws
- GDPR and privacy regulations
- AI-Generated Content: While we provide AI tools to assist with content creation,
you are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
- Ensuring accuracy of property information and pricing
- Verifying compliance with real estate board rules
- Obtaining necessary permissions for property photos and descriptions
- Lead Generation: You are responsible for:
- Proper handling and storage of lead information
- Compliance with Do Not Call lists and regulations
- Obtaining proper consent for marketing communications
- Following up with leads in accordance with applicable laws
- Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for:
- Content posted on third-party platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
- Communications sent through external email services
- Data shared with third-party marketing tools
8. Intellectual Property
- The service and its original content are owned by HomeListingAI
- You retain rights to your own content and data
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
9. Limitation of Liability
HomeListingAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting
from your use of the service.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Termination

- You may terminate your account at any time
